We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Eligibility
Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Product condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

Customers may return items via:
- Post (shipping label at customer's responsibility)
- In-store (where applicable)
Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fees will be charged for any eligible returns.

 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
